Chicken breasts baked in a creamy sauce. Chicken breasts baked in a creamy sauce.
Number of Servings: 6


    6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c fat free sour cream
    3/4 c chicken broth
    2 c fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    pepper to taste

    6 c cooked whole wheat spaghetti


Place chicken in a 9x13 baking pan.
Combine the rest of ingredients, except spaghetti, and pour over chicken.
Bake uncovered in a 350F oven for 1 hour.
Serve over spaghetti.

    I made this for my fiancee and a friend(I don't eat meat, hehe), and they loved it! Said it was very flavorful and juicy. I served mine over egg noodles ^_^ - 11/25/09

  • Tasty! Definitely needs to be served over rice or pasta as it's quite soupy. It's a really simple dish, but but enjoyable. My husband found it needed salt. He added dehydrated onion & parsley but he still thought maybe it needed something like oregano. I like the of adding broccoli. Would make again - 9/24/10

  • We made this for dinner on Sunday and thought it was delicious. We added broccoli before we baked it and look forward to making it again. I think next time we may serve it over brown rice. - 7/10/07
