A delicious treat that isn't half bad for you! A delicious treat that isn't half bad for you!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3/4 cup nonfat milk
    1/4 oz walnuts
    1/4 oz dark chocolate
    1 small banana
    Crushed ice

Directions

Melt chocolate and blend with milk to make chocolate milk. Add everything but walnuts into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add walnuts and blend slightly to chop to preferred consistancy. Enjoy!

    Very Good
    delicious - but i smashed my walnuts up very small before putting them in, almost to a powder - i don't like smoothies that feel gritty (like when there's raspberries in them). - 3/13/07
