    Yambean (jicama), 2 cup (remove)
    Apples, fresh, 2 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)
    Fennel, 1 bulb (sliced or grated)
    Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp (any flavor)
    slenda, 1 pkg
    Parsley, .25 cup (cop, add more or less to taste)


grate all apple, jicama, fennel
Add vinegar, spenda, prsley, salt, pepper
Toss and let sit for 15 min.
