Ingredients

    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 105 grams
    * Ginger, ground, 0.25 tsp
    * Garlic, 0.25 tsp
    * shaan tikka bbq masala, 0.25 tbsp
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4"
    * *Canola Oil, 1 1tsp
    * *Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    * I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray, 5 sprays, 2 serving

Directions

Cut chicken breast in 2 inch pieces and mix with ginger garlic paste, tikka masala, salt and 1 tbsp lime juice. Stick in the fridge to marinate for 4-24 hrs.
Cut all vegetables into 1 inch cubes. Mix in 1tsp canola oil, salt and pepper to taste. Spread thinly over a baking dish, covered with foil and roast in oven at 350 C for 20 minutes.
Place chicken pieces on skewers. Each piece should be 1 inch apart. Put these in the oven at 450 C, turning every 15 to 20 minutes. It should be ready in 40-45 minutes.
