Ingredients

*Canola Oil, 4 tbsp
* Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
* Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
* Garlic, 1 clove
* *Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 6 oz
* Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
* Chili powder, 1 tbsp
* Salt, .5 tsp
* Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
* Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup
* *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.25 cup
Directions
Heat oil in large pan, saute onions, peppers and garlic till soft. Add turkey, break it up and cook through, add corn, spices & tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
Place mixture in a casserole dish
Add corn meal to 1 cup of water & whisk. Also, boil 1 cup of water. When water is boiling pour water/cornmeal mixture into boiling water and stir until thickened.
Spread corn meal on top of turkey mixture and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Add shredded cheese to the top and bake 5 more minutes.
