Introduction

all I can say is yummy and No Sugar! all I can say is yummy and No Sugar!
Number of Servings: 35

Ingredients

    2 c spelt flour
    2/3 cup pureed prunes
    1/3 cup bencel or other low cal olive oil based spread
    1 cup honey
    2 eggs
    2 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    2 cup oats
    1 cup dark chocolate chips
    1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
    1/2 cup raisins

Directions

preheat oven to 400
spay cookie sheets w/pam

In small bowl combine all flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon

In large bowl combine prunes, honey, butter spread, eggs. Wisk until blended fully

Add flour mixture and stir by hand until combined

Add chips, nuts, raisins & oats. Mix to distribute evenly

Drop by tsp or Tbs on to cookie sheets. Approx 12/sheet.

Bake on upper to middle racks for approx 8-10 min. Should be soft to the touch w/glossy sheen. Be careful, they burn quickly on the bottoms.

Removed asap fm the cookie sheet and cool on a wire rack.

Makes approx 24-35 cookies.

This is a great base for any kind of drop cookie.
