    Ingredients:


    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup (8 fl oz) I use reduced sodium
    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (1 lb)
    Salsa, 1 cup
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 6 tsp (1/2 pack)
    *Bearitos Fat Free Refried Beans, 1 cup
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
    Tortilla Chips, 1 bag (7-1/2 oz) crushed
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 cup, shredded


Directions

cook hamburger,
in 13x9 cooking dish add add salsa, beans, taco seasoning, cream of mushroom, sour cream, and cooked hamburger. Stir together then add crushed tortilla chips on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes
