Ingredients

You may use red leaf lettuce, but I prefer to use one back of butter lettuce found in the produce section of any grocery store. One small can usuallu 6oz of sliced black olives. One cup of 2% cheddar cheese. I like to add salted sunflower seeds, but unsalted works too! Kraft Ligh Ranch dressing. This does make a very large salad so you can get several servings from it~

Directions

Wash your choice of lettuce. Make sure that the pieces are not to large. Drain the canned olives and throw in the same bowl as the lettuce you just washed. Add the cheese, sunflower seeds and ranch dressing. Mix together and serve!
