    *Farm Fresh Frozen Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts, 16 oz
    *Tomatoes-Hunt's Diced Sweet Onion, 1 can
    Onions, raw, 1 cup
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Chili powder, 2 tsp
    *Cumin , 2 tsp
    **Manny's Flour Tortillas, Burrito Size, 8 serving


Cut chicken into strips (no need to precook). Cut onion and both peppers into strips as well. Combine all other ingredients, stir. Add chicken, onion, and peppers...toss to coat. Add to a sprayed 13X9 inch casserole dish. Back 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and onions are done. Serve immediately on tortilla shells. Recipes calculated for 8 large flour tortillas but you will probably have more mix left over than that. Very good with a dab of light sour cream.
