Ingredients

    2 Large eggs, lightly scrambled
    Extra lean ground beef, 1.5 lb
    Instant quick Oatmeal, 2 cup
    Barbeque sauce, 1/2 cup
    Terriyaki sauce, 1 cup
    Ketchup, 1/2 cup
    A1 steak sauce, 4 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Black Pepper, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Parsley, 1/2 tbsp
    Chili Powder, 1/2 tbsp

Directions

Lightly beat eggs in large bowl. Add meat and other ingredients. Mix well.

Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place mixture into pan. Place in oven. Cook for 45-60 minutes at 375 degrees.

Makes 8 servings. Add ketchup for taste. Enjoy!
