    3/4 c *Whole Wheat Flour,
    3/4 c Flour, white
    1/4 c Oat Bran
    1 tsp *Splenda,
    3 tspBaking Powder
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1-3/4 c Non-fat Milk
    1-1/2 Tbls *Canola Oil
    2 Egg yolks
    2 Egg whites (stiffly beaten)



Sift together dry ingredients. Bet together egg yolks, milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites, leave a few fluffs. Bake : Makes 12-4 in by 41/2 inch waffles or 4-10 inch.
