    Fresh Oregano, 1 cup
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp
    Provolone Cheese, sliced, 1/2 lb
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup
    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 3 lbs
