Ingredients

    2 c semolina flour
    1 c wheat germ
    1 c whole grain flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp barley malt syrup
    2 tsp olive oil
    1/2 oz ounce bakers yeast

    Garlic or any other desired seasonings may be added as well.

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients, then divide into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into thin circles. Place on cookie sheet and bake until brown around the edges.
