Ingredients

    5 potatoes, cubed
    1 1/2 cup cooked ham, cubed
    1 (15oz) can yellow corn
    1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    3 tbsp flour

Directions

Combine potatoes, ham, corn, green pepper, and onion in your slow cooker.
In separate bowl, stir together soup, milk, and flour until smooth. Pour soup mixture over ham and vegetables, and stir gently to coat.
Cover, and cook on low for about 8 hours, til potatoes are done. Sprinkle with a little cheddar cheese & serve!

    This was pretty good & very easy to make. I made it with turkey ham which was a little less salty. - 12/27/07
