Ingredients

Cooking oil spray
1 tsp Sesame Oil
16 oz Round Steak or Flank Steak, sliced into 1" pieces
Salt to taste
2 Lg carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally
4 medium stalks celery sliced diagonally
4 medium onion slices
1 red bell pepper sliced into strips
2 cups fresh snow peas
1 8 oz can of pineapple with juice
1 cup minute rice..white or brown
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup bottled sweet and sour sauce
Directions
Spray the pan with cooking spray, and add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Heat the pan until oil spatters when a drop of water is added. Add the beef slices, salt to taste. When the meat is partially browned add the vegetables, broth and the rice. Reduce the heat and cook for five minutes, until the vegetables are slightly firm and the rice is tender. Add the sweet and sour sauce and pineapple with juice. Heat until warm.
