Introduction

Lite Coconut Milk, Basil, Quinoa. Sweet, nutty, fragrant! Great side dish in place of rice or pasta or with Thai dishes. High in protien. Gluetin free. Lite Coconut Milk, Basil, Quinoa. Ingredients

    1 Cup Organic Quinoa
    13oz Lite Coconut Milk - No sugar added
    1 basil leaf sliced
    4oz water

Directions

Rinse and dry quinoa. To a sauce pan add Quinoa, coconut milk, basil and water. Bring to a boil. Once at a roiling boil turn to simmer and cook about 10-15 minutes until quinoa has absorbed all of the liquid.
