Introduction

Quick and easy chicken casserole. For variation try substituting different types of creamed soup. My favorite when I can find it is Cream of Poblano Pepper. Ingredients

    3 cups cooked chicken (chopped)
    1 can Cream of Chicken soup
    1 cup Sour Cream (Reduced Fat)
    1 cup chicken broth
    6 oz. Pepperidge Farms seasoned stuffing mix (dry)

Directions

Combine chicken, soup, sour cream and chicken broth in a bowl. Place in a greased baking dish. Top with dry stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
