I large baking (or other) potato
    rosemary, dried
    salt and pepper
    yogurt, plain
    garlic powder
    onion powder

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.

Cut potatoes thinly, preferably with a mandolin or food processor (so slices are uniformly thin).

Spray tin foil with non-stick spray.

Arrange potato slices in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt, and rosemary.

Cook for 10 minutes, flip chips and cook for another 5 minutes (or until crispy but not burnt).

Meanwhile, combine yogurt, pepper, onion and garlic powder in a bowl

Dip and enjoy!

Tip: Anything can be combined with this recipe. Take out the rosemary on the chips. Add a bit of blue cheese to the dip. Anything goes really, but remember to adjust the cals! : )

    Very Good
These are really good. I use 1/4 c. low-fat sour cream with 1 thinly sliced scallion for the dip. Great little snack! - 8/8/10
