Ingredients

1 box Shell Macaroni - Medium sized
2 - 6 oz cans of light tuna in water
    1 red onion - chopped
    3-4 fresh tomatoes - chopped
1 pint Miracle Whip light or Mayo light
    Salt and Pepper to taste.

Directions

Makes a huge bowl full - 10-18 servings?

OK - this recipe can be used as a side dish, lunch or dinner.

Prepare pasta as directed.

While waiting for water to boil, chop onion and tomatoes and add to a very large mixing bowl. Once pasta is drained add it to the bowl - mix all - salt and pepper to taste.

Add 1/2 to 3/4 jar of Miracle Whip light - mix until well blended - it is really moist once all mixed in.

Chill.

We prefer the taste once it has chilled overnight -flavors all blend - yummy!!

Sometimes next day - you may need to add more Miracle Whip Light or Mayo light. Sometimes when I make this - I use 1/2 of each.

Enjoy!
