I made this for a small dinner party I was having and it went over really well. It was Easy to make and didn't dirty a ton of dishes so my kitchen was still clean to make the side dishes. I wasn't ablt to find a reduced sodium piece of beef, so i boiled it first to remove some of the salt and fat. - 3/18/13
