Introduction
This is one of my daily lunch choices. Everyday, I start with the same key ingredients - carrots, peas and corn, to create a dish that is filling and tasty. The other ingredients are interchangable, depending on what I'm in the mood for! This one is the perfect sidekick to a juicy grilled chicken! Here's the recipe! This is one of my daily lunch choices. Put chopped onions in a small microwavable container and spray with two servings of Pam cooking spray. Cover container with a wet paper towel and microwave for 1.5 minutes on high.
