Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs. Ground Turkey
    1 c Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
    1 c Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, part skim
    3-4 cloves minced garlic
    2/3 c Ketchup
    3 medium sized eggs, slightly beaten
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Mold meat mixture into a loaf form on a 9 x 13 baking dish. (I prefer the appearance of this to a loaf pan).
4. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

Slice into 8-10 large servings.
