Delicious soup for any meal. Delicious soup for any meal.

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 can spaghetti sauce
    1 can (or more) diced tomatoes
    2 cups beans, any kind of dried (pinto, red, kidney, white)
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, diced
    1 cup carrots, grated
    1 cup pasta (any shape) cooked
    Parsley to taste

Directions

Brown meat, put meat and all other ingredients except pasta into stock pot and cook until done, adding water as necessary to make as thick or thin as desired. Cook pasta separately and add to soup before serving. Season to taste with herbs, s&p. Freezes great without the pasta.

Works well in the crockpot or on the stove.

    Incredible!
    I made this for my weight loss group last night and it got a unanimous thumbs up. I made the piccolini pasta bows on the side and some ate it with couscous we had. The Bible study afterwards liked the leftovers too. - 3/19/09
