Introduction

Don't let the cauliflower fool you, you can't taste it. If you prefer not to use frozen fruit like I do, feel free to add fresh fruit and ice cubes. All values are approximate. Ingredients

    Whey protein, one scoop
    OJ 1/2 cup
    Cauliflower 1/2 cup
    Raspberries 1/2 cup
    Tropical Fruit Mix 1/4 cup
    Water 1 cup
    1/2 Tblsp Honey

Directions

Add the scoop of protein powder to the blender. Add the OJ. Blend until smooth (if you don't do that you could have powder chunks in the smoothie). Then add cauliflower and 1/2 cup of water. Blend until smooth. Add frozen fruit and blend. Add the other half cup of water as necessary and blend until smooth. Then add half a tablespoon of honey, as wanted for sweetness. You may have to stir once or twice too, depending on how strong the blender is. It's quite tasty and filling and an excellent way to get your fruits and vegetables!

    Very Good
This sounds good. I am going to give it a try...first I have to go buy some Whey powder and cauliflower though. Not too many healthy things in my cabinets at the moment. - 4/18/09
