    1/4 CUP SLENDA
    3 EGGS BEATEN

WASH RICE WELL. COVER WITH HOT WATER AND SIMMER FOR 15 MIN. RINSE UNDER COLD WATER, PUT IN OVEN FOR 10 MIN TO DRY, STIR FREQUENTLY. COMBINE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS AND MIX LIGHTLY WITH FORK. POUR INTO BAKING DISH. SPRINKLE WITH CINNAMON. BAKE FOR 45 MIN. IN MED OVEN.
FOR RICHER VERSION-ADD 1/4 CUP BUTTER AND REGULAR SUGAR.
