Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Quick (not instant) oats
    1/2 cup 1 % milk
    1 tsp maple syrup
    salt to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Microwave for about 1.5 to 2 minutes. You may need to stir once or twice, and watch for boil-overs - its nasty to clean up.

Makes one 3/4 cup serving.
