Ingredients

    8 oz whole wheat penne
    1 bag (40-50) large frozen shrimp, thawed
    3 cups chopped fresh baby spinach
    6 tbsp pesto
    6 tbsp Gorgonzola cheese
    4 tbsp walnuts, chopped

Directions

1. Cook pasta, drain
2. Defrost shrimp
3. Saute shrimp, spinach, and pesto until shrimp are warm, about 5 minutes
4. Add shrimp mixture, Gorgonzola, and walnuts to pasta, mix well
