Ingredients

    sauce:
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 Tbsp Corn Starch
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp soy sauce
    1/3 cup pineapple juice
    1/3 cup water

    Veggies:
    1 tbsp olive oil
    minced garlic
    1/2 onion
    2 stalks celery
    1 green pepper
    2 red peppers
    1/2 cup julienned carrots
    1 can pineapple

Directions

6 1 cup servings + your protein

Slice all veggies and saute until tender in olive oil.

Mix dry ingredients together for sauce- then add wet ingredients and mix well. Pour over veggies. Serve over rice.
