Ingredients

    6 Roma Tomatoes-diced
    1/3 cup green pepper-diced
    1/2 cup sliced eating onions (use part of top)
    1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    2 tsp. lime juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped Jalapeno pepper (can add more or less depending on how hot you want it)
    2 Tbsp. chopped black olives
    1/2-1 tsp. salt
    2-3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve with tortilla chips.
