Ingredients

    2lbs pork loin, cut into pieces
    2c sliced red bell peppers
    1/4c teriyaki sauce
    2tbl rice vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
    1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1/4 creamy peanut butter

Directions

place everything into the crock pot except the peanut butter. cook on low for 8 hours. remove pork and chop coarsely. add peanut butter to pot then return pork. serve over rice (not included in calorie count)
