Introduction

Ingredients

    1 c. Honeydew Melon Balls
    1 c. Fresh Blueberries
    2 c. Strawberry halves
    2 c. Apples, quarted and chopped
    1/4 c. Lemon Juice
    1/2 c. Orange Juice
    1 T Vanilla Extract
    1/4 Mint Leaves Chopped

Directions

Cut Apples up first and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning. Add the rest of the fruit to the bowl along with Orange Juice and Vanilla Extract. Place in Frig to chill 1-2hours. Toss mint leaves into fruit salad and serve.

Serves 6.
