Ingredients

    I make a double batch so we can have leftovers the next day. The amounts are based on a double recipe which serves 12

    2 lbs lean ground turkey
    1 c rolled oats
    2/3 cup chili sauce or ketcup
    2/3 onion, finely chopped
    2 eggs (we subsitute egg beaters)
    2 garlic cloves, pressed
    2 tsp dried oregano
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper




    Mix all together. Form into a loaf. Bake 50 minutes.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine all ingredients, mix well.

Form into loaf, bake 50 min.
