    3/4 tbsp Olive oil
    3 clove Garlic, thinly sliced
    20 Shrimps, scale removed
    485g Spinach


Heat oil and sauteed garlic until light brown. Add in shrimp and cook about 3 mins. Add in spinach and cook further until spinach is just soft. Serve with white rice
