Introduction

I usually reserve dressing and add shortly before serving. Can use regular raisins but I find they turn everything brown after it sets for awhile. Ingredients

    1 bunch broccoli florets, cut into small pieces
    1 head cauliflower florets cut small
    1/2 cup slivered almonds
    1 pkg Bacon -- cooked until crispy and crumbled
    1 small onion finely chopped
    1/2 cup golden raisins
    1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
    DRESSING
    1/2 cup Splenda
    2 Tbs vinegar
    1 cup mayonnaise

Directions

1. Fry bacon and crumble.
2. Chop broccoli and cauliflower.
3. Assemble all salad ingredients.
4. Make dressing. Mix it all together.

    I have made this wonderful salad many times and absolutedly love it as the other people we share it with love it also! I usally double the dressing so everything sits in the dressing. We are doing Atkins and this salad suits us just find! Try it! - 5/22/16

    I love this salad. I buy it a an upscale gourmet/deli store. I appreciate the use of Splenda instead of sugar. Now that I have a recipe, I can make it at home whenever I want. Thank you - 6/27/13
