Ingredients

    3 pork tenderloin chops trimmed of fat
    ground celery seed
    cinnamon
    1 cup chopped up dried apples
    1 cup vegetable broth
    1/2 cup apple cider
    6 oz dry bow-tie pasta, cooked as directed

Directions

sprinkle pork with ground celery seed and cinnamon. Cook in a pan that's been sprayed with cooking spray. When meat is done, remove and keep warm. In the same pan, add broth, cider, dried apples, and raisins. Cook until apples have puffed up and liquid has reduced. Serve over bow tie pasta.
