Ingredients

    * Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
    * Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    * Wheat germ, crude, 1 tbsp
    * Hershey's Chocolate Syrup, 2 tbsp
    * Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    * 1 cup of ice

Directions

mix in blender until smooth (makes 2 servings)
