Introduction

Ingredients

    28 ounces (about 4 half breasts) of boneless skinless chicken breasts
    3T olive oil
    2 cloves of garlic, minced
    3 T white wine
    3 T low sodium soy sauce
    2 T Dijon mustard

Directions

Heat oil in a skillet; then add the garlic and cook, stirring often for about 3 minutes. Add the chicken breasts and saute until browned. In a separate bowl, mix wine, soy sauce, and mustard. Pour generously over the chicken. Cover and cook until done. Spoon the sauce over the chicken when serving, or pour into small dipping dishes to serve.
