Ingredients

    1/4 c plain low fat yogurt
    1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
    2 tsp cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp coarse ground mustard
    2 packets Equal sweetener
    1 c thinly sliced apples, unpeeled
    2 c shredded cabbage

Directions

Mix together yogurt, salt and pepper, vinegar, mustard and artificial sweetener until well combined and set aside. Place the apples and cabbage into serving bowl, pour yogurt mixture over top and gently toss. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings.

    i will have to try this but use green apples which are better for diabetics, and stevia which is better for our bodies. :) - 3/29/14
