Introduction

Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    *Flour, white, 1 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Banana, fresh, 4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Dannon Activia Light Vanilla Yogurt, 4 oz., 1 serving
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Pecans, .25 cup, chopped

Directions

In one bowl mix together dry ingredients.
In another, cream together sugar and yogurt. Add mashed banana and two eggs; stir until creamy, toss in pecans. Mix wet ingredients into dry until moist.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan and place into preheated 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes depending on your oven's heat, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Makes around 18 half inch servings.
