Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz
    1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    Egg, fresh, 1 cup
    3 cloves minced Garlic
    1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

preheat oven to 350 degrees
In large bowl, mix ground sirloin, salsa, bread crumbs, cheese, egg and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to 5x9 loaf pan.
Bake 45 minutes in preheated oven.
