Introduction

A crunchy vegetable cold salad, filled with good for you foods. You can put any salad dressing on it that you desire,,,sweet and sour like a raspberry vinegrette is good as well.The contents were introduced to me at a Reiki share. Ingredients

    with a food processor chop the following ingredients:
    3 whole fresh beets after peeling the outer skin and removing leaves and roots
    2-3 celery stalks
    one half head of cabbage
    one organic carrot
    Add your favorite salad dressing.
    I use fat free balsalmic vinagrette or a home made low fat mayo, vinegar, and truvia or sugar dressing
    low calorie...and know that you are eating healthy

Directions

mix all ingredients together and put in bowl and serve chilled...Can be refrigerated up to one week without spoiling. Makes several servings varying in amount. I eat about one cup .
