Ingredients

    a dash of dill pickle juice
    mustard & mayo to taste
    6 hard boiled eggs

Directions

cut each hard boiled egg in half and remove the yolks into a bowl. Smash the yolks well with a fork. Mix in the mustard, mayo and dash of pickle juice until it has a tangy pickly taste. Then spoon the mixture into each egg half. Chill or serve immediately

    These were delicious, I also added a dash of Texas Pete hot sauce. Everything taste better with hot sauce. I will be making these again. - 4/24/09

    I use fat free mayo and dry mustard with the pickle juice. I love it and eat them for lunches also. Try some pickle relish also! - 4/14/09
