    3 morningstar farms veggie breakfast bacon strips
    1 arnold 100 calorie whole grain roll
    1 tsp serving hellman's light
    2 slices thin/small tomato
    1/4 cup baby spinach

Directions

Lightly toast the roll while microwaving "bacon" strips according to package directions.

Spread toasted roll with the 1 tsp of light mayo and top with "bacon," tomato and baby spinach leaves

    I used plain lowfat yogurt instead of mayo. I'm new to meat substitutes, and this was better than I expected. - 4/13/09
