Ingredients

    8 ounces of whole wheat rotini pasta (cooked according to package directions)
    2 - 5 OZ cans tuna, drained
    1 can healthy request cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 cup frozen peas

Directions

Cook pasta according to package instructions
spray 8X8 (or whatever) pan with pam
add cooked pasta and mix in all other ingredients. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
