Ingredients

    1 C. Raw Almonds
    5 C. Water
    1/4 C. Maple Syrup or Agave Nectar
    1 tsp Salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 7 minutes. (Vitamix blender- 2 min). Strain through cheesecloth to remove almond pulp. Store in the fridge.
