Ingredients

    1lb extra lean ground beef
    2 15oz cans of red kidney beans
    1 32 oz can of crushed tomatoes
    2 packages of McCormick's Hot Chili Seasoning Mix
    hot sauce to taste

Directions

Brown beef. Drain excess fat. Drain and rinse beans. Combine all ingredients into slow cooker. Mix well.

Cook in slow cooker on low for 120 minutes.

Serve with low fat crackers!
