Ingredients

* Egg Noodles, enriched, 300 grams (remove)
* *Tilapia filet, 2 (remove)
* Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp (remove)
* *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (remove)
* Salt, 1 dash (remove)
* Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
Sauce
* Milk, 3.25%, 1 cup (remove)
* Butter, salted, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
* *Flour, white, .0625 cup (remove)
* Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Salt, 1 dash (remove)
* Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
Directions
1- Sprinkle over fish fillets with some salt and pepper. Cook with olive oil on medium heat for 5 min each side or until golden.
2- Cook pasta in boiling water with some salt until al dente. Don't overcook it. Just before removing from heat, add chopped parsley and cook for 30 more seconds.
3- Meanwhile In a small saucepan, melt butter.
4- Blend flour into the melted butter and cook for 30 sec.
5- Slowly add milk, then salt, pepper and Parmesan stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
6- Drain pasta and blend with the sauce.
7- Serve pasta with fish fillets and a squeeze of lemon juice. Grate some Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
