Ingredients

2 slices rye bread
4 oz grilled chicken breast or tenderloins
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup raw onion sliced or chopped
1 slice swiss cheese 2% milk singles
Cooking Spray
Salt and Pepper for grilling chicken and onions
Directions
1. Saute onions in pan with cooking spray. Use salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
2. Lighly season chicken breast with salt and pepper and cook in pan until lightly brown on each side and cooked through.
3. Spray pan with cooking spray and assemble sandwich in pan with bread, cheese, onions, then chicken. Top with second slice bread.
4. Grill in pan on both sides until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
