    Ingredients:


    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 1 serving
    brocolli, 100 gram(s)
    Carrots, raw, 2 large
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium
    Onions, raw, 2 medium
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium
    Cress, garden, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt, 227 grams
    Turkey (light meat), 1 cup, chopped or diced
    Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 32 fl oz



Directions

Melt maragarine with oil, add all veg's cook for 10 mins. Add leftover meat and chicken broth. Cook for 45 mins. Serve with noodles or not.
