    I haven't had such a good homemade muffin in a long time.
    Actually, the preparation of the batter was done by two contestants in a race against time at an outdoors Sprinkler Splish Splash party. They even added half a marachino cherry on top.The end product had great texture and sensational taste!

    Is this really 2.5 TABLESPOONS of baking powder? I did this, but it was quite a strong flavor and I wondered if it should be 2.5 teaspoons. - 5/29/15
